Single Cell Research Associate

Novogene is seeking a responsible individual for the single cell based sequencing applications lab based in Beaverton, OR.

Job Responsibilities:

• Based on the FACS(Fluorescence activated Cell Sorting), be responsible for the sorting of cells and nuclear suspension samples;
• Be responsible for Single-cell Flow Cytometry data analysis and the completion of experimental reports;
• Be responsible for the use and maintenance of Single-cell Flow Cytometry Equipment;
• Other work arrangements for the Single-cell laboratory;
• Must be available to go to China on business trip for training

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and above; major in cell biology, immunology, molecular biology and related subjects;
• Candidates with at least 2 years experience in Single-cell platforms such as 10x, Scale and Parse is preferred.
• Relevant working experience in Single-cell Flow Cytometry is preferred.
• Experience with sequencing platforms such as Illumina and Pacbio is preferred.

Quarterly Bonus: up to10% of base yearly salary (after successful completion of 3 months probation period)
