Position Summary
This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with physicians and healthcare providers across Florida. It suits candidates who bring an existing book of business or those with strong sales ability who can build a territory from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare providers
- Drive prescription volume and revenue growth within assigned territory
- Leverage an existing book of business or build new client relationships
- Execute territory strategy across key Florida markets (Miami, Tampa, Ocala)
- Educate providers on pharmacy services and patient care solutions
- Collaborate with internal team on training, onboarding, and sales strategy
- Track performance and manage pipeline activity to meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or patient care sales
- Existing book of business in Florida
- Strong track record of sales performance and revenue generation
- Ability to operate independently and manage a territory
- Willingness to travel within Florida as needed
- Adaptability to a competitive and fast-paced market, particularly in Miami
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) background (highly valued and compensated accordingly)
- Experience selling within pharmacy or patient care environments
- Established relationships within Florida healthcare networks
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary (~$120,000) plus uncapped commission
- Mileage reimbursement
- IVHD bonus structure
- Higher compensation packages available for candidates with RN credentials or strong existing books of business
Training & Development
The company emphasizes internal training and development, providing support for candidates without an existing book of business who demonstrate strong sales potential and willingness to learn.
Additional Information
- Open to candidates located anywhere in Florida
- Candidates do not need to be physically based in Miami if they can generate business within the region
