Overview:
Resident & Maintenance Coordinator
The Resident Coordinator reports to the Property Manager and is responsible for maintaining the efficient and smooth operation of the property’s resident communications and timely completion of maintenance items
- Focus on customer service and resident relations
- Receives, manages, and processes work order requests
- Assign work orders to maintenance technicians and communicates with residents
- Ensures work orders are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Acts as a liaison between the maintenance team and outside contractors
- Track and ensure timely completion with housing code violations.
- Maintains inventory of supplies and reorders as needed
- Monitors preventative maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the property
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of property management experience required
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Yardi Experience is a plus.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
