Position Summary: As a Toolmaker at Novo, you will be responsible for crafting precision tools, dies, and special guiding and holding devices, essential for our production process. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure the creation and maintenance of high-quality tools that meet our exacting standards. Primary Responsibilities:

- Minimum of 5 years of hand-on experience in manual machining.
- Strong knowledge of machining practices and toolroom procedures
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical school preferred
