What You'll Do
As an Order Puller, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time. Your responsibilities will include:
- Pulling lumber and millwork orders using an RF scanner
- Measuring products in linear feet and verifying quantities
- Labeling and staging completed orders for shipment
- Building safe, organized, and secure pallets for transport
- Operating a Novo tugger after completing required training
- Communicating inventory discrepancies or product concerns to supervisors
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Supporting warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy materials throughout the shift
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and follow written procedures and instructions
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with lumber, millwork, or building products
- High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
This is an active role that requires:
- Standing for the majority of the shift
- Frequent handling, gripping, and moving materials
- Reaching, walking, and repetitive motion
- Lifting up to 50 pounds independently
- Lifting 75-100 pounds with assistance
- Working in a warehouse environment exposed to seasonal temperatures and wood dust
