What You'll Do
As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operation moving by:
- Loading and unloading heavy products onto flatbed trailers
- Safely operating forklifts to transport materials throughout the warehouse
- Using RF scanners to accurately move and verify inventory
- Ensuring products are placed in the correct locations and properly labeled
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Proactively identifying product, inventory, or safety concerns
- Supporting warehouse operations and team objectives as needed
What Makes You a Great Fit?
We're looking for candidates who:
- Have experience operating forklifts rated up to 6,500 lbs.
- Can safely handle large, heavy, and awkward loads
- Understand warehouse safety practices and PPE requirements
- Have strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Can read and follow work instructions
- Are dependable and willing to work overtime when needed
- Are at least 18 years old
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
- Experience transporting products weighing 2,500 lbs.
- Experience handling loads up to 18 feet long
- One or more years of forklift operating experience
- High School Diploma or GED
