Job Summary

Qualifications
- Valid RN license with a minimum of one year of dialysis experience
- Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems such as Renvio for documentation and patient tracking
- Knowledge of dialysis equipment operation and maintenance
- Familiarity with medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy related to renal care
- Experience working with individuals with chronic illnesses, including long-term care settings preferred
- Strong assessment skills, including vital signs monitoring and patient evaluation during treatment sessions
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and a team player
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
Duties
- Administer dialysis treatments following established protocols, including hemodialysis dialysis procedures
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, fluid balance, and overall condition throughout treatment sessions
- Educate patients and their families on dialysis processes, medication management, and lifestyle adjustments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control standards and aseptic techniques during all procedures
- Assess patients’ responses to treatment, promptly addressing any complications or adverse reactions
- Assist with laboratory specimen collection, processing, and review of diagnostic evaluations

Pay rate based on the year of experience
