Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) with at least one year of experience in Brooklyn, NY to join our dynamic healthcare team. Qualifications

• Valid RN license with a minimum of one year of dialysis experience
• Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems such as Renvio for documentation and patient tracking
• Knowledge of dialysis equipment operation and maintenance
• Familiarity with medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy related to renal care
• Experience working with individuals with chronic illnesses, including long-term care settings preferred
• Strong assessment skills, including vital signs monitoring and patient evaluation during treatment sessions
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and a team player
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration

Duties

• Administer dialysis treatments following established protocols, including hemodialysis dialysis procedures
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, fluid balance, and overall condition throughout treatment sessions
• Educate patients and their families on dialysis processes, medication management, and lifestyle adjustments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
• Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control standards and aseptic techniques during all procedures
• Assess patients’ responses to treatment, promptly addressing any complications or adverse reactions
• Assist with laboratory specimen collection, processing, and review of diagnostic evaluations

Pay rate based on the year of experience

Pay: $48.00 - $54.00 per hour
