Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional atmosphere
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after services
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or styles
• Perform a variety of salon services
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and common salon areas
• Manage client appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
• Stay up to date with current trends, techniques, and product knowledge
• Support team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards set by the salon and local regulations
• Ensure equipment and tools are properly sanitized and maintained

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or Barber license in accordance with state regulations.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Pay: $20.00 - $75.00 per hour
