We are Dalton and Megan, the proprietors of Novios Café in the Elton Hills neighborhood, and we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about hospitality and coffee to join our front-of-house/barista team!

Our mission is to help people feel at home with quality food, drinks, and conversations. People, quality, and craft are at the center of what we do. You really have to love all three.
We care about relationships, learning & growth, artistry, and sustainability. We are by no means perfect, but we are trying to be better every day.
We are looking for 1-2 people with availability ranging from 20-40 hours per week who pursue excellence and efficiency, pay attention to the details, love people, and have a go-getting attitude.
We’re always learning and applying new knowledge and skills, and we’re looking for others who do, too.
