Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assistant Office Manager to oversee day-to-day bookkeeping while helping keep our office running smoothly. This is a hands-on role that requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage both financial and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities: Support day-to-day bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable, assisting with payroll processing, and preparing monthly financial reports.
Support overall office operations by answering phones and emails, maintaining filing systems, ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, scheduling meetings, providing administrative support to management, and maintaining confidential records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
Preferred (Not Required):
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Payroll experience
- Basic tax knowledgeBilingual Spanish/English
Compensation: Pay based on experience.
