Seeking a highly skilled UKG Pro WFM (Kronos Dimensions) Integration Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Dell Boomi for integration development across WFM modules. The consultant will support UKG/Kronos implementation, build integrations, troubleshoot issues, conduct testing, and collaborate across global teams.
Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills- 6–10 years hands-on experience with Dell Boomi Integration (Mandatory)
- Strong focus on UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions) integrations
- Proven experience developing Boomi integrations such as:
- Employee Import
- Payroll Export
- Schedule Import
- Accrual Reset
- Leave Import
- Timekeeping & Attendance integrations
- Dell Boomi certification
- Experience configuring UKG/Kronos modules:
- Timekeeping
- Scheduling
- Accruals
- Attendance
- Activities
- Attestation
- Experience with Kronos Clock Terminal setup & troubleshooting
- Experience with Postman, encryption/decryption of source files
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across UKG Boomi components
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- SQL programming knowledge

- Perform hands-on design, IRD/IDD documentation, development, prototyping, and POCs
- Ensure integrations and configurations are scalable and aligned to business needs
- Identify and document technical gaps in UKG/Boomi solutions
- Support UKG/Kronos development and enhancement projects
- Participate in validation, testing, and release cycles
- Conduct code reviews with Technical Leads
- Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and manage individual deliverables
- Track issues, risks, tasks, and deliverables; escalate as needed
- Prepare and deliver demos/presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Maintain proper documentation throughout the lifecycle
- Adhere to best practices for source control, ticketing, and development standards
