At Noverra Exteriors, we're a growing, GAF Certified exterior remodeling company serving homeowners across Northern Virginia and Maryland. We specialize in roofing, siding, decks, windows, and gutter systems — and we're looking for outgoing, driven Canvassers to help us connect with homeowners in the neighborhoods we serve.
This is the front door to a sales career. No experience knocking doors? We'll train you. Already have canvassing experience? You'll hit the ground running and see it in your paycheck.

What You'll Do
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door to introduce homeowners to Noverra Exteriors' roofing, siding, window, and gutter services
- Identify homes that may benefit from a free inspection or estimate (storm damage, aging roofs/siding, visible wear)
- Engage homeowners in friendly, confident conversation and clearly explain what Noverra offers
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team's in-home consultations
- Accurately log homeowner information, addresses, and appointment details each day
- Hit daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
- Represent the Noverra Exteriors brand professionally at every door
- Attend team huddles/meetings to review goals, share feedback, and stay motivated
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Comfortable walking/standing outdoors for extended periods in varying weather
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic — you can work independently in the field
- Reliable transportation to assigned territories
- Prior canvassing, door-to-door sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be 18
