Responsibilities
- Sort packages by size, destination, or category using simple instructions
- Load and unload packages from trucks or conveyors
- Place items in designated areas for shipping or storage
- Scan labels and ensure packages are routed correctly
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Assist team members to complete daily sorting goals
- Follow basic safety guidelines provided during training
- Report damaged or missing items to a supervisor
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; all training will be provided
- You are able to work effectively as part of a team
- You have basic English skills to understand instructions and communicate with coworkers
- You pay attention to detail to ensure packages are handled correctly
- You are reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- You are comfortable with physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and moving packages
- You have a positive attitude and are motivated to contribute to a productive and respectful workplace
Pay: $28.53 - $33.33 per hour
