Responsibilities & Qualifications

The SC Lead, SAP Business Process Owner LE is responsible for leading the definition and implementation of Logistics Execution processes as part of the SAP roll-out projects in NNA. They are connecting the logistics and SAP IT teams to ensure that requirements of the logistics processes are met within the framework of the global SAP template. They are domain experts and as such are providing training and guidance to future and current SAP users. They are the dedicated business resource for all current and future SAP roll-out projects.

They also coordinate and support the continuous improvement and enhancement of SAP Supply Chain functionality, collaborate with the regional and global IT teams, regional IT solution partners and the supply chain functions to identify requirements and determine priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the end-to-end Logistics Execution (LE) process design within SAP, ensuring alignment with the global template and specific Novelis processes
• Understand transactions, interfaces and how data flows through systems.
• Find opportunities for improved data governance and interface/transaction exception handling.
• Lead solution design, gap analysis, and implementation for SAP rollouts and enhancements for Logistics
• Assess and manage impacts of changes across integrated systems (e.g., TMS, MES, Quintiq)
• Develop and deliver training curriculum and materials to enable adoption of new/existing processes
• Support with compliance and audit processes such as IATF16949, MMOG/LE and internal audits
• Own the SC playbook and establish processes to regularly review and update its content
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a strong focus on Logistics Execution
• Proven experience with SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA), particularly in Logistics Execution modules
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement, problem solving, and solution design
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and system integration
• Ability to translate business needs into system and process solutions
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
