Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Boston, MA. Responsibilities include evaluating potential properties for investment, managing remodeling or renovation projects, budgeting, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timelines are met. The role also involves identifying profitable opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in property evaluation, renovation, and flipping
- Project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination
- Understanding of real estate market trends and investment opportunities
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and partners
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to high-quality results
- Familiarity with construction practices, real estate laws, and local building codes
- Proficiency in tools, software, or platforms relevant to real estate project management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in real estate or construction is highly preferred
