Concord Preparatory School is seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Director of Admissions to lead local student recruitment and enrollment growth across Irvine and the greater Orange County area.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving the full admissions funnel and building strong community connections to support sustained enrollment growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full admissions cycle: inquiry → application → enrollment → matriculation
- Develop and execute local recruitment strategies to increase enrollment
- Build partnerships with local schools, enrichment programs, and parent communities
- Represent the school at community events, fairs, and outreach initiatives
- Plan and manage admissions events (open houses, campus tours, info sessions)
- Partner with Marketing on locally targeted campaigns and messaging
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, and improve conversion rates
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as a Director of Admissions (Private high school preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience in local recruitment, community outreach, or school partnerships
- Data-driven mindset with CRM and reporting experience
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Passion for education and commitment to student-centered engagement
