Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role (COMISSION BASED) for a Publishing Customer Service Assistant, located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area, with some work from home acceptable. The assistant will be responsible for providing customer support, answering phones ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining communication with clients. Daily tasks include managing client communications, addressing customer concerns, scheduling appointments, and supporting the publishing team with administrative tasks.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
- outgoing or extroverted personality for sales type role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office software
- Proficiency with software for emailing, text, and general communications
- Previous experience in the publishing industry is a plus
- Must be a US CITIZEN
- must have English as the first language or not native tongue
