About the Role
We are hiring mid-level Software Engineers with at least 5 years professional experience to join a fast-paced, highly collaborative engineering team working on advanced aerospace, defense, and embedded systems. We are looking for innovative, team-oriented engineers who take initiative, value ownership, and thrive in an environment where impact matters more than titles.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded and systems-level software
- Work closely with electrical, mechanical, and systems engineers in a tightly integrated development environment
- Contribute to avionics, control, and mission-critical software stacks
- Support rapid development cycles, prototyping, testing, and iteration
- Take ownership of technical decisions and deliverables
Desired Skills & Experience
Required
- Software development Experience with C/C , C#, Python
- Understanding of Engineering Process
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.
Strongly Preferred
- Embedded C/C , RTOS, low-level systems
- Ability to architect software systems
- Strong software fundamentals and engineering discipline
Nice to Have
- Avionics or aerospace systems experience
- Control systems, guidance, or GNC exposure
