About the Role
The Business Operations Manager is the central point of accountability for how the company runs internally. This position balances systems thinking, people leadership, and day-to-day execution.
You will work closely with the CEO, whose strengths lie in product development and creative direction. Your contribution will be building structure, strengthening processes, overseeing personnel, and making sure the business runs smoothly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Implement and improve internal systems, workflows, and SOPs
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors
- Provide decision support tied to financial and organizational needs
People and Culture
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and development processes
- Support high-trust, self-managed culture
- Manage HR administration and confidential matters
Administration and Oversight
- Maintain efficient office operations, technology, and vendor relationships
- Serve as a connective point between teams and the CEO
Execution and Logistics Support
- Assist across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, retail partners)
- Support the Director of Operations and ensure customer experience remains strong
This is a broad role. It touches sales, operations, finance, HR, vendor management, logistics, and team performance.

Qualifications
- 3 years in business operations, management, or project leadership
- Experience with HR, organizational systems, or team oversight
- Proficiency in Google Suite and general technical comfort
- Experience in e-commerce or consumer products is highly preferred
