Role Description The Crime Scene Technician is responsible for performing on-site biohazard remediation and trauma scene cleanup with professionalism, discretion, and empathy. This on-site role, based in Calhoun GA,, includes assessing scenes, documenting conditions, and following established protocols for safe removal, decontamination, and disposal of hazardous materials. Day-to-day tasks involve using specialized cleaning agents and equipment, setting up containment and personal protective equipment, and restoring affected areas to safe, habitable conditions. The technician will collaborate with team members, interact respectfully with clients, and coordinate with law enforcement, property managers, and other stakeholders as needed. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, adhering to OSHA and state regulations, and being available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call assignments.
