Job Description
NAOVI is seeking a Systems Integrator for the following task:
Required Skills
- All candidates will need to currently possess an Active TSSCI w/FS polygraph for consideration of this position. Required

- Demonstrated experience working requirements related to data collection and exploitation workflows.
- Demonstrated experience leading agile development teams.
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse user bases with varying levels of comfort with data and technology; understanding user needs and tailoring user assistance specifically to the needs of the user.
- Demonstrated experience guiding and training users in best practices in how to use enterprise technologies or applications.
- Demonstrated experience presenting, documenting, and maintaining instructions for using new technologies and data-driven workflows.
- Demonstrated experience decomposing user needs, drafting actionable requirements, and communicating requirements for technical solutions to development teams.
Desired Technologies/Tools
- Demonstrated experience working agency requirements related to data collection and exploitation workflows.
- Demonstrated experience tailoring user assistance specifically to the needs of the user, whether in one-to-one interactions or in larger, multi-user venues.; online and in-person.
- Demonstrated experience working in a high-performing team environment.
- Demonstrated experience working closely together to collaborate on, deploy to production, and maintain applications for the agency.
- Demonstrated experience working agency requirements related to data collection and exploitation workflows.
Other Relevant Technologies/Tools
- Experience working closely with the agency product owner and program manager to deliver user stories necessary to realize the agency product vision.
- Experience coordinating with multiple entities throughout the agency organization to ensure solutions, small applications, data structures and workflows meet defined requirements and users are able to apply the solutions.
- Experience applying an agile approach to software and technical workflow development consistent with the agency project management and software development frameworks with a focus on demonstrating and delivering releasable features every iteration, and users are able to use them correctly.
- Experience devising, communicating, and coordinating data exploitation workflow and technical solutions to open-source challenges with technology end users.
- Experience communicating user stories and requirements to the agency’s main technology group for prioritization and execution.
