An established and highly respected construction firm is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex, high-value projects — with a strong preference for healthcare construction experience.
This is a leadership-heavy role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, drives results, and builds long-term relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through close-out
- Oversee budgets, cost controls, scheduling, and financial performance
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and facility owners
- Motivate, mentor, and lead project teams to deliver outstanding results
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining day-to-day operational oversight
- Build and sustain strong long-term client and stakeholder relationships

- High level of financial and commercial responsibility
