🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall plant operations including production, fabrication, logistics, and quality control.
- Align production schedules with project timelines and customer requirements.
- Optimize plant workflows, labor utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Drive safety initiatives and maintain compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards.
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, on-time delivery, rework rates, and operational costs.
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, and estimating teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead and develop department managers and plant supervisors to strengthen operational leadership.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean manufacturing or similar methodologies.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a fabrication environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, manufacturing workflows, and plant operations.
- Proven ability to lead large teams in a high-performance production setting.
- Experience managing operational budgets, labor utilization, and performance metrics.
- Background implementing continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
