Systems and Network Administrator

NovaVision, LLC is a growing technology company specializing in anti-tampering, anti-counterfeiting and durable label products. We are seeking an IT Systems and Network Administrator in our Bowling Green, OH location. This role is responsible for the operation, configuration, maintenance and ongoing evolution of on-premises and cloud infrastructure on a multi-site, light manufacturing (primarily printing) platform. NovaVision is headquartered in Bowling Green, OH with locations in Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. There is some flexibility for hybrid work and there may be some requirements for travel 5-10% to the facilities in other states. For the ideal candidate, work may be possible at one of our other manufacturing sites.

JOB TITLE: Systems and Network Administrator

REPORTS TO: Vice President, IT

Responsibilities

· Consolidate, migrate, and upgrade systems newly acquired sites.

-Install, manage, upgrade, and replace physical servers

· Create and manage virtual machines

· Install and manage network attached storage appliances

· Install, manage, and configure network switches

· Install, manage, and configure wireless networking equipment

· Install, manage, and configure firewalls

· Manage backup and recovery solutions

· Administer Microsoft Active Directory

· Administer Microsoft 365 tenant(s)

· Provision, administer, and secure cloud storage

· Manage telephony systems

· Provide support to help desk for escalated incidents

· Adhere to security requirements and standard operating procedures

· Maintain accurate and updated documentation

· Assist with and contribute to IT projects as needed

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

· 2 years experience consolidating systems tue to mergers & acquisitions

- 5 years Windows Server administration

· 5 years Microsoft Active Directory / Entra ID hybrid

· 3 years managed network switch configuration

· 3 years edge-of-network firewall configuration

· 3 years managing backup and recovery operations

· Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles

· Basic to intermediate understanding of TCP/IP networking

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team

· Ability to understand and implement complex requirements

· Ability to communicate complex requirements and concepts

- Ability to propose changes in clear, professional language

- Ability to follow change control procedures

· Strong troubleshooting skills

· Ability to lift 30 lbs

· Ability to pass background check

· Ability to pass a drug screen

· US citizenship

Preferred (not required) Experience

· Linux server administration

· Veeam Backup & Recovery

· Aruba network switches

· Aruba Wi-Fi networks

· Fortinet firewalls and Endpoint Management Server

· Active Directory consolidation (for acquired businesses)

· Cloud tenant migrations (Google to M365, M365 to M365, etc.)

· On-prem to cloud migrations

· Duo Security

· MacOS

· Mobile device management

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
