As Tutor Coordinator, you will play a critical role in matching students with the right tutors, managing schedules, and ensuring that families receive exceptional service. - Assess student academic needs and assign tutors strategically based on subject expertise and learning preferences.
- Manage and monitor tutor schedules, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of service delivery.
- Build strong professional relationships with tutors, understanding their strengths and availability.
- Serve as the primary liaison for tutors, students, and families, providing clear and responsive communication.
- Track tutor performance and student progress, implementing strategies to continually improve outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree minimum (Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business, or related field). Master’s preferred.
- 3 years professional experience in education, academic services, or program coordination.
- Demonstrated organizational excellence with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.
- Tech proficiency (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, CRM systems).
- High level of integrity, accountability, and reliability in a remote work environment.
