Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR business partnering or a similar strategic HR role.

- Proven experience working within the utilities or energy sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
