Key Responsibilities
- Execute manufacturing tasks to support routine production operations.
- Maintain inventory and stock items in designated production areas.
- Complete training activities related to production duties.
- Assist in investigations to resolve manufacturing-related issues.
- Clean, sterilize, and standardize production equipment and workspaces.
- Uphold organizational values and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
Essential Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work alternating 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. without assistance.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to operating in a safe manner by consistently following all safety protocols and procedures.
Shift: This work schedule is a 12-hour 2-2-3 PM shift. Shift hours – 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM
Novartis Compensation and Benefit Summary:
The salary for this position is expected to range between $18.80 and $34.95 per hour. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards. US-based eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution and match, and a variety of other benefits. In addition, employees are eligible for a generous time off package including vacation, personal days, holidays and other leaves.
