Provide strategic guidance on internal startup initiatives, including business planning, funding strategies, and operational improvements.
Analyze business models, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and monitor outcomes.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making.
Support innovation projects and fundraising initiatives when applicable.
Track key performance metrics and report results to leadership.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience working with startups or in startup environments.
Proven ability to deliver measurable business growth.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with funding strategies, market analysis, and operations management.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in hybrid or remote environments.
