Position Summary:
The Assistant Regional Director plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across multiple clinics. This position ensures compliance, patient safety, and quality care while supporting strategic initiatives to expand services and open new centers. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Regional Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations for approximately six OTP clinics, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and coaching to Program Directors and clinic leadership teams to maintain high-quality treatment and operational performance.
- Quality & Compliance: Partner with medical and clinical teams to uphold patient safety and consistent care delivery across all sites.
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with Business Development to identify expansion opportunities and assist in launching new treatment centers.
- Community Engagement: Represent the organization in local outreach efforts to strengthen community relationships and awareness.
- Performance Management: Monitor census goals, analyze regional metrics, and implement strategies to achieve budgeted targets.
- Culture Building: Foster a positive, mission-driven environment that aligns with organizational values and promotes staff development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in OTP
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic setting.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the state.
- Experience supporting growth initiatives and new clinic openings is highly desirable.
