What You'll Do
- Be the first line of support for employees — helping them stay productive
- Deploy, configure, and maintain PCs and endpoints
- Diagnose hardware issues and perform break/fix repairs
- Troubleshoot system and software challenges
- Use light scripting to automate routine tasks
Build your skillset with cross-training in field operations, including:
Network infrastructure
IP camera systems
Travel about 20% to support remote sites and field teams
