- Lead line level recruitment to support production
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes
- Prepare HR metrics and presentations for leadership
- Assist in designing training plans and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Oversee payroll accuracy and prepare employment documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Previous HR experience with a desire to take on broader responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
- Bilingual skills are considered an asset
- Must be able to work on-site and live within a reasonable commuting distance
