Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Primary Therapist role based in Fairfax, VA. The Primary Therapist will provide direct care and therapeutic interventions to individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, facilitating individual therapy sessions, and supporting clients in achieving recovery goals. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and maintaining accurate documentation will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications Required
✔️ Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
✔️ Licensure in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, CADC, or equivalent preferred)
✔️ 2 years of experience in SUD and mental health settings
