Duties
- Apply Paint Protection Film (PPF) meticulously to safeguard vehicle surfaces against chips and scratches
- Perform detailed paint correction to eliminate imperfections, swirl marks, and surface blemishes for a flawless finish
- Install window tint films with precision, ensuring even coverage and optimal heat rejection
- Use hand tools, power tools, and airless paint sprayers to execute high-quality detailing and finishing work
- Conduct auto body repairs and buffing to restore vehicles to their original luster
- Assist with auto glass installation and auto painting tasks as needed during the detailing process
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and equipment use
Experience
- Previous dealership experience or automotive detailing background preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Hands-on experience with auto body repair, auto painting, or auto restoration is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with vehicle maintenance processes will enhance your effectiveness in this role
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized auto detailing equipment such as buffing machines and airless sprayers
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with auto estimating or mechanic work is a plus but not mandatory
