At Novaré Wellness, our front desk team does more than greet clients—they are the face and voice of our brand. We’re looking for someone passionate about aesthetics and wellness, driven by service, and confident in supporting a consultative sales process. You’ll not only manage the guest experience but also help guide clients toward solutions that make them feel confident and cared for.
SUMMARY:
This role blends top-tier hospitality with aesthetic sales consultation and client care. You’ll be the first impression, last touchpoint, and a trusted resource for clients throughout their experience. Ideal for someone passionate about beauty, wellness, and creating genuine connections—with a knack for both service and sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guest Experience & Customer Service
- Greet every guest warmly and professionally
- Provide refreshments and ensure a comfortable environment
- Walk clients through check-in/check-out processes
- Offer hospitality that exceeds expectations
Sales & Treatment Consultation Support
- Educate clients on services, packages, and skincare products
- Upsell services and recommend treatment plans (under provider guidance)
- Drive front-end sales for promotions, packages, memberships, and products
- Track daily sales goals and support the team in achieving revenue targets
Appointment & Admin Management
- Schedule appointments and confirm visits
- Maintain accurate client records, consent forms, and medical histories
- Coordinate with providers to ensure seamless service flow
- Process payments, apply discounts, and manage POS system
Communication & Brand Representation
- Answer phones, emails, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally
- Represent Novaré Wellness brand values in all client interactions
- Follow up with leads and ensure appointment retention
Retail & Inventory Oversight
- Keep retail shelves organized and well-stocked
- Support inventory management and ordering
- Learn product ingredients and benefits to support client recommendations
Team Collaboration
- Support estheticians and medical providers with scheduling and communication
- Participate in team huddles, trainings, and promotions
- Provide insights from client feedback to improve services and experience

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or front desk experience (spa/medspa preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional phone etiquette
- Comfortable using booking/scheduling software
- Prior experience with consultative or retail sales
- Familiarity with HIPAA standards
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
SCHEDULE:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with a lunch break)
- Must be available for evenings and/or weekends
- Additional hours available for administrative support
