- This position will include a secondary location in the local community.
- Full-time opportunity
- Office hours are 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday
- The average patient panel is anticipated to be 16-23 per day, per provider.
- Call requirement: 1 : 4.5
- Excellent work culture & collegiality among providers and staff
