We’re seeking a registered nurse to join the heart of Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Cardiac I is a 43-bed med/surg intermediate unit specializing in congestive heart failure and cardiac arrhythmias. Are you looking for a challenge? If so, Cardiac I would be a great fit. You will become skilled in interpreting and managing dysrhythmias, cardiac drips (Dobutamine, Amiodarone, Cardizem, Milrinone, Dopamine, etc.), Pre/Post cardiac cath patients, and congestive heart failure patients. Whether you are looking to develop nursing fundamentals or to learn new skills Cardiac I offers an exciting environment for seasoned or novice nurses. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
- Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required.
- One-year relevant experience, preferred.
