What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Coordinator position at NovaLink Solutions?

This position is for an Administrative Services Assistant. It is a 12-month contract role based in Nashville, TN, and it is a hybrid position, meaning you may work partly from home and partly from the office.

The role is entry-level in administration, mainly supporting the team with conference and event coordination.

Your main responsibilities would include:

  • Helping plan and organize conferences, meetings, and workshops.

  • Assisting with scheduling meetings and coordinating event logistics.

  • Booking venues, arranging catering, and managing event details.

  • Supporting event registrations and maintaining attendee information.

  • Working with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to make sure events run smoothly.

  • Using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams for coordination and communication.
