Helping plan and organize conferences, meetings, and workshops.
Assisting with scheduling meetings and coordinating event logistics.
Booking venues, arranging catering, and managing event details.
Supporting event registrations and maintaining attendee information.
Working with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to make sure events run smoothly.
Using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams for coordination and communication.
