Job Description – Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support executive staff with day-to-day administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate will handle correspondence, coordinate meetings, maintain records, assist with scheduling, and serve as a liaison between departments, agencies, and external organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives and staff
- Handle emails, correspondence, and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities
- Assist with customer service and responding to inquiries
- Maintain files, records, and office supplies
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and other documentation
- Operate standard office equipment and software
- Communicate with internal teams, agencies, and community organizations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be substituted
- 4–6 years of administrative assistant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent typing and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Adobe Acrobat
- Internet and email communication
