Responsibilities
- Create and manage HR project plans for each workstream.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Be the primary point of contact for the Operations project leads and following up with appropriate HR partners where/when required.
- Support data management (e.g. tracking of headcount changes) and partnership with finance leads on business case.
- Coordinate across business stakeholders (e.g. Communications, Operations, Training, Business Leads) and HR COEs (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, HR People Partners and HR Managers) to deliver on program.
- Ownership of program materials and library with content like role descriptions, assessment tools, onboarding and dual run plans, and training plans.
- Partner with the Operations project leads, Business Leads and Communication Lead on change management efforts, ensuring effective communication and engagement with stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Provide regular updates to HR Leader on progress and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback and recommending best practices.
- 5-10 years of project management experience (ideally managing large scale HR and business programs).
- Highly organized and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.
- Equal comfort with hands-on execution and strategy development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s a plus.
- Project Management certificate.

Salary : $65 - $70
