Outside Sales Representative

Novak Diesel Service is looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative. Our ideal candidate should have service and parts knowledge of Highway trucks and trailers as well as some parts and service knowledge of heavy construction equipment and oilfield. They will be responsible for visiting current customer accounts as well as developing new customer accounts from cold calls.

Job Requirements:

1. Must have previous outside sales experience.

2. Must be people-oriented, aggressive, sales driven and a team player.

3. Possess excellent customer service skills.

4. Must be able to build prospects and business relationships.

5. Cold-calling and job site calls are required.

6. Previous experience of preparing professional sales presentations and quotes for customers.

7. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications:

1. Heavy Truck and Trailer Sales - 3 years

2. Heavy Construction Equipment Sales - 1 year

3. Language - English

4. Work Authorization - United States

5. Exceptional customer service skills

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

7. Basic email and PC functions

8. Knowledge of common business practices relating to the purchase, pricing, taxes and payments for products and services.

9. Self-motivated and results-oriented, competitive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

10. Make customer visits regularly on a weekly basis.
