Who is Brandon Middleton?

Our CEO, Brandon Middleton is the Visionary and Strategist behind NOVAEO, a seasoned entrepreneur and leader passionate about innovation, health, and community-driven growth. Having founded multiple 7 and 8-figure businesses, Brandon is now steering NOVAEO toward an 11-figure portfolio exit within the next ten years (watch our "All 1 Exit" vision video here: All 1 Exit: Vision). Brandon also recruited his best friend and ally, Derrek Wiedeman, to NOVAEO  in 2018 to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence Systems, blending human creativity with AI-driven efficiency and scale.

What You'll Do As Leiluna's Manufacturing Operator:

Product Handling

• Fill pouches, bottles, and containers (by hand or with machines)
• Support with capsule bottling and liquid filling

Inventory & Shipping

• Receive and organize new shipments
• Pick and pack customer orders (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
• Package bulk orders for business clients

General Warehouse Support

• Keep your area clean, safe, and organized
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs
• Assist with simple machine tasks (if trained)

You're Our Ideal Candidate If You:

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Skills in tools, machines, or general repairs are extra points if you have them, but not expected
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is valued, but not required
• Warehouse or production experience is preferred, but we’re open
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions are important
• Comfortable with lifting and standing throughout your shift
• Share our entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Embrace autonomy and accountability in your work.
• Are passionate about continuous learning and personal growth.
• Align deeply with our core values and enjoy contributing positively to a tight-knit team.

Perks & Benefits of Joining Leiluna:

• Base Pay: Starts at $14.00/hour
• Skill Bonuses: Earn 50¢ per hour for each verified skill (e.g., bilingual, machine operation, electrical, carpentry, computer skills, etc.) which will be discussed further during the job offer.
• Pay is re-evaluated after a defined schedule and based on performance and verified skills
• Team Bonus:
• Earn $1/hour each week if the team hits its goals
• This can increase up to $5/hour as company performance improves
• Bi-weekly paychecks
