Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Continuous Process Improvement Specialist to join our team, remote or near Fort Belvoir, VA. In this role, you will assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to enhance organizational performance. Daily tasks include analyzing workflow systems, collecting and interpreting data, leading improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in achieving measurable improvements and sustainable outcomes for our clients across diverse sectors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and performance measurement.
- Effective facilitation, team collaboration, and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and leading workshops.
- Project management expertise, including planning and executing projects within established timelines.
- Knowledge of healthcare processes, disaster recovery, or military readiness processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Process Management, or a related field required; advanced certifications such as Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt.
- Secret Clearance required.
