We are hiring a Materials Planner & Scheduler to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Troy, Ohio. This onsite role is responsible for production scheduling, materials planning, inventory control, and ensuring on-time delivery.
The ideal candidate has 5 years of manufacturing scheduling experience, strong ERP skills, and thrives in a hands-on, production-driven environment. Candidates must live within a commutable distance to Troy, OH.

Key Responsibilities
- 15% travel required
- Plan and schedule raw materials, WIP, and production to meet customer demand
- Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
- Release and update work orders based on material availability and capacity
- Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and reorder points
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery
- Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems (Epicor, Syteline, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Track KPIs such as OTIF, schedule adherence, and inventory turns
- Partner with production, procurement, logistics, quality, and finance teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in materials planning, production scheduling, or supply chain within manufacturing
- Strong ERP/MRP system experience (Epicor, Syteline, SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- APICS / CPIM certification a plus
- Stable manufacturing environment
- High-impact role supporting production and delivery performance
- Onsite role with cross-functional exposure
