We need someone who can jump in immediately and keep several time-sensitive HRIS and payroll projects moving.

What You’ll Do
- Work directly in Paycor daily
- Own HRIS updates, system configuration, and workflow fixes
- Clean and validate data across HR, Payroll & Benefits modules
- Map GL structures and troubleshoot posting errors
- Test and process payroll/benefits files
- Support compliance reporting (ACA, 1095s, audits)
- Troubleshoot system issues and streamline processes
- 3–7 years in HRIS, HR Operations, or Payroll Systems
- Strong Paycor experience (required or highly preferred)
- Comfort working in the system every day — not overseeing others
- Experience with GL mapping, workflows, deductions/tax setups
- Strong data accuracy, problem-solving, and initiative
- Manufacturing or multi-site experience is a plus
- Bonus: Candidates with a payroll background and strong systems knowledge often excel here.
