Overview
Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: 892 East Chicago St. Suite H, Coldwater MI 49036
Schedule: 8am-6pm (Must be able to work until 6pm)
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
Incentives: Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief
Additional Locations With Openings: Sturgis, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Mason and East Lansing.

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
