We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Stock Associates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and supporting smooth retail operations in a fast-paced environment.
As a Stock Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring shelves are well-stocked, inventory is organized, and products are readily available for customers.
About the Role
You will be responsible for handling incoming shipments, organizing stock, and maintaining a clean and efficient stockroom and sales floor.
Key ResponsibilitiesStocking & Inventory
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays accurately and efficiently
- Ensure correct product placement and pricing labels
- Replenish merchandise and rotate stock as needed
Inventory & Organization
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and storage areas
- Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies
- Identify damaged or missing items
- Follow safety and inventory handling procedures
Store Support
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
- Move inventory between storage and display areas
- Support team members during busy periods
- Help customers locate products when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous retail or stock experience is a plus (not required)
