Inventory Specialist
Pay Range: $17.50 - $22.00/Hour

What we’re looking for:
As an Inventory Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving the flow of materials across our supply chain. This position oversees the receiving, storing, cycle counting, kitting, and distribution of goods.

What we’re looking for:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming shipments into the inventory system
- Organize and store materials in designated locations
- Create production kits and fulfill parts requests
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and record updates utilizing Microsoft D365
- Pack and prepare parts, equipment, and materials for shipment
- Replenish Kanban bins to support production flow
- Coordinate recycling pickups with external vendors
- Support team operations by training new members and participating in meetings
- Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
As an Inventory Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving the flow of materials across our supply chain. This position oversees the receiving, storing, cycle counting, kitting, and distribution of goods.

- Strong attention to detail
- Visual ability to perform detailed inventory and warehouse tasks
- Strong reading and logistical skills
- Effective communication skills with strong follow-through
- Demonstrate basic computer skills (ex: e-mail, excel, Inventory Management System)
- Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds with potential up to 70lbs
- Ability to drive company vehicle
- Forklift experience preferred
