What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Generator position at NOVA ROOFTEK?
NOVA ROOFTEK is looking for (2) motivated, outgoing canvassers to join our team in NoVa!
PAY: Hourly Commission Bonus. Average is $1,200-1,500/wk.
This is a simple role: knock on doors in higher end neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, and generate qualified leads for roofing, solar and home projects.
You are NOT responsible for closing sales, climbing roofs, managing projects, or handling customers after the lead is generated.
We provide training, a vehicle and everything needed to get started. No roofing or sales experience is required.
We won the award as the best roofer in Mclean with 4.9 rating across all platforms with a reputation that speaks for itself.
We are looking for someone who is: reliable, confident in speaking with homeowners, and self motivated.
