Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems , ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure guest relations are positive at all times
- Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain a clean and organized environment, stocking
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and cashiering procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to handle food safely, follow sanitation standards, and manage food preparation tasks when required
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
- Familiarity with food industry terminology, food safety protocols, and serving techniques

Pay: $2.13 - $4.00 per hour
