ABOUT THE POSITION
As an Occupational Therapist with Nova Rehab Services, you'll evaluate and treat residents in an assisted living community, helping them improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity strength and coordination, balance, cognition, safety awareness, and overall quality of life.
You'll work closely with residents and interdisciplinary staff to create individualized treatment plans that help residents remain as independent as possible.
